On the boiler for the Giubiasco waste-to-energy plant, several walls for the 2nd open pass in combustion line 2 were replaced with workshop-cladded components. In particular, the replacement involved the side walls and the rear wall for the 2nd open pass. At the same time, all bends for manholes were replaced with cladded tubes.

The tube walls were cladded and readied for installation at MARTIN Caldeiras, Lda.

On site in Giubiasco, MARTIN AG removed the old walls and installed the new components. The work was completed on schedule and to the entire satisfaction of the client.
